Simple Woman's Daybook: March 14, 2011

FOR TODAY
March 14, 2011...

Outside my window... sun:)
I am thinking... about the missionaries we met yesterday- they are traveling to Vanuatu at the end of this month to translate the Bible.
I am thankful... for God's Word translated in my own language! And, that Abigail is doing great after her surgery!
From the learning rooms... we had a great day! Yeah!
From the kitchen... pork lo mein. I should soak some muffins & tortillas for baking tomorrow b/c I didn't get it done last week.
I am wearing... white shirt w/ pink & purple skirt.
I am creating... finishing up Miss Kathryn A's gift. Shhh. :)
I am going... to try to send off the gift this week- be on the look out but DO NOT TELL HER!
I am reading... "Missionary Patriarch: The True Story of John G. Paton"
I am hoping... that the specialist can help Jonathan. Seems strange to want your child to have a surgery but, oh, to have his speech issues over!
I am hearing... children begin to stir from quiet time.
Around the house... everyone is still adjusting to the time change. Errr.
One of my favorite things... caramel frappuccino. Yum. I could use one right now.
A few plans for the rest of the week: Jonathan goes to the specialist about his tongue; piano lessons. Maybe some clothes shopping.
Here is picture for thought I am sharing... nope.

Okay. I won't tell. Can't wait to see it! She won't be able to stop talking about Auntie Heather.
