So, I've been trying to get away from plastic for a while but the cost of buying & replacing it means the process is slow. I have been trying to buy BPA-free plastic and make sure that we do not heat the plastic or cook with it... which probably means it's a good idea to make sure a piece of plastic isn't in the pan you put in the oven to heat at 350 degrees.
Not that I would know what would happen- I'm just speculating. ;)
