Pictures for a Friend + Some of Elizabeth

Last week I enjoyed taking some product pictures for a friend's Etsy shop. I can't wait till it's up & running so I can share it with you. Her sewing is AMAZING! Her shop offers classic children's clothing.

I'm thankful for the opportunity to practice photography & grow in my skills. Boy, do I have a LOT to learn! I'd love to share a TON of pics from our model sessions but I'll try to constrain myself. Try. ;) Here's a few from our first night:

Elizabeth enjoyed posing with her friend the second night. It rocks to have my children do some of the posing- I now have some amazing pictures of Elizabeth! :) Here are a few of my favorites:

Hi! Your photos are great! I found your blog through the link-up at Click It Up a Notch. My husband and I are in the process of creating a new feature at The Albums to help our members begin and finish a Project 365.

I was wondering…since you have made it so far in your Project 365 what's one piece of advice you would tell someone about to embark on one?

Thanks so much!

Keep going! :) I've missed more days than I care to count & some days my pictures were not at all the quality or vision I would prefer but keep moving forward.

Tell me more about your business! :)

Wonderful advice! Thanks so much for getting back to me!

The Albums is actually an idea my husband and I came up with together when we realized that the perfect place for us to keep and share our photos didn't really seem to be out there... so we decided to build it. :) It's been really fun and we actually finished it just a few weeks before our daughter was born so it was just in time! It was important to me that it be clutter and distraction free & private and easy to share with JUST the people I wanted to. There's a bit more here at our blog if you're interested: http://from.thealbums.co/our-story/

Thanks again!!
