Changing Times

Well, today was the big day. This morning, while Dawn watched our children (Way to go Dawn! 7 children ages almost seven and under is a lot! She even had water to play in outside and crafts to do!), Eric and I went to the OB DR again to have another ultrasound done. Once again, our little one wasn't very cooperative. Our baby was tucked in a ball with knees touching nose & hands over face. :)

We would like to introduce you to our DAUGHTER:

So, changes are a-coming to the Tully household. The women are slowly beginning to increase in number. Yeah! Eric needed to return to work but we drove back to Dawn's so that he could tell Patricia. She was so excited- she screamed and jumped up and down. We praise God for every child we are blessed with but I do have to admit it will be tons of fun to have another girl in the house! Eric and I are once again humbled at the goodness of our Lord as He entrusts us with the training up of another daughter made in His image. We praise Him!

Another change is coming- one that was a little bit of surprise and drove us to our knees before the Lord yesterday. Eric discovered at work that his company is being sold to a new company. They have just made an announcement and final changes will not take place till December. Will he have a job with the new company? Will this effect our move? What should we do? Honestly, we do do not know the answers. We believe he will have a job with this new company but are not 100 percent sure. We are praying (and, if you call upon the name of Christ as Lord and Savior, we ask you to join us) for wisdom and peace during these changing times. We trust in the Lord for guidance- He has never left us in want. We know our great God will provide for us. How He chooses to do that we do not know. We wait on His timing!

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." Proverbs 3:5, 6

We had a good time playing in the yard and making crafts. I only had the puppets planned because that was part of Margaret's school for the day ... it isn't much harder to cut out 5 bears than one ... and the water/sand play and video, well, those were merely self-preserving techniques ;) Margaret, Nathaniel, and I loved having your kids visit and play. And boy did we nap well!

I'm so excited the baby is a girl (so is Margaret, let me tell you)

I just noticed that the sonogram line coming out of the top of her head looks like a big curl of hair :)
